Google Workspace offers different release tracks for updates and new features. Release tracks let you control how quickly your users get new features, balancing innovation with stability.
There are two release track options to choose from:

In this exercise, you’ll learn how to configure a scheduled and rapid release track.
The goal is to help you manage the pace of change for your users and choose the release track that best suits your organization's needs.

Step 1
If you are not already signed in, sign in to your domain as the Administrator at admin.google.com.
Step 2
From the main menu, navigate to Account, then click Account settings, and select Preferences.

In the Release preferences section, click New features.
Step 4
Select Rapid release.
Step 5
Click SAVE.

It may take up to a day for changes to take effect.
If you switch from rapid release to scheduled release, your users might lose access to features currently on the rapid release track.
