Google Calendar offers flexible options for video conferencing. While Google Meet is integrated into Calendar, you can also configure Calendar to support third-party web conferencing tools like Zoom, GoToMeeting, or Webex. This allows your organization to standardize on a preferred video conferencing platform while still leveraging the scheduling and organizational features of Google Calendar.
In this exercise, you'll learn how to configure Google Calendar to default to your organization's chosen third-party video conferencing tool. This will ensure that all meeting invitations automatically include the correct conferencing details.
